About the Role
We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in productionizing machine learning solutions for our clients. As a Cloud Engineer at HCON, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructures that support robust MLOps pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of cloud technologies and machine learning operations, ensuring our clients' AI models run reliably and efficiently in production environments.
Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing cloud-native architectures using modern DevOps practices, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code principles. You'll collaborate closely with our data scientists and MLOps specialists to create seamless deployment workflows that bridge the gap between model development and production deployment.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
Strong experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MLOps tools and workflows (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
Understanding of machine learning model deployment patterns
Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
